This conference will be an entirely in-person event with workshop sessions included at no extra cost. The virtual NASIG Autumn conference will continue in fall 2026.

NASIG Hotel Rates

2026 will be a slight departure from previous in-person conferences with conference activities and lodging being in separate locations. NASIG has secured hotel block rates at the following two hotels:

  • The Graduate 
    Room Rate: $199.00/night plus taxes. To make a reservation call the hotel at (608) 257-4391 and mention the NASIG Conference room block or book online here. Discounted rate is good for May 31 – June 4, 2026.  All reservations must be made by May 1, 2026, to receive the discounted rate.
  • Hampton Inn & Suites Madison
    Room Rate: $164/night plus taxes. To make a reservation call the hotel at (608) 255-0360 and mention the NASIG Conference room block or book online here. Discounted rate is good for May 31 – June 4, 2026.  All reservations must be made by May 2, 2026, to receive the discounted rate.

  • Members: $450
  • Non-Members: $570
  • Support Staff/Furloughed/Retired: $230
  • Students: $110
  • Speakers - Members ($100 discount): $350
  • Speakers - Non-members ($100 discount): $470
  • Speakers - Support, Furloughed, Retired ($100 discount): $130
  • Speakers - Students ($25 discount): $85
  • NASIG Staff (50% discount): $225
  • One-Day - Members + Non-Members: $270
  • One-Day - Support + Students:  $170

Late Registration (May 10 - June 1, 2024)

All rates will increase by $50

On-Site Registration (June 2 - June 7, 2024)

All registration rates will increase by an additional $25 from late registration.

Discounted Rates

Please note that discounts are for the full conference rate only and are based on whichever rate is in effect at the time of registration (Regular, Late, or On-Site). If you are entitled to a discount, you will receive an email containing your registration code from your committee liaison. These discounts are aligned with NASIG's Compensation and Reimbursement Policy.

  • Complimentary registration will be extended to NASIG award winners, vision/plenary speakers, the UKSG Chair, the Registrar/Registrar-in-Training, CPC co-chairs, PPC co-chairs. Award Sponsors at $1600 receive 1 no-cost registration, Tier 1 Sponsors receive two no-cost registrations, and Tier 2 Sponsors receive one no-cost registration.
  • CPC members, the Conference Coordinator, PPC members, the first year Proceedings Editor, the Proceedings Production Assistant, the Sponsorship Coordinator, the Social Media Coordinator/Coordinator-in-Training will receive a 50% discount as NASIG staff.
  • Concurrent session speakers and workshop presenters will receive a $100 discount.*
  • Student concurrent session speakers will receive a $25 discount.*

*Speaker discounts do not apply to those presenting at lightning sessions, poster sessions (Great Ideas Showcase), or snapshot sessions.

Guest Registration

Registration for guests is $50 and includes admission to the reception only.

NASIG Swag

Be sure to check out the NASIG Store for all your themed apparel needs! Be sure to order early if you want to wear your swag at the conference!

Payment Options

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or invoice for later payment (either online or by check). These options are on the last page of the registration form. Make checks payable to NASIG in US dollars. All checks must be received by May 20, 2026 to the address listed in your registration confirmation email.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • There will be a $50 processing fee for all cancellations received on or before May 18, 2026 (except for no cost registrations).
  • The full registration amount minus a $50 processing fee will be refunded if the cancellation request is received on or before April 2, 2026.
  • Fifty percent (50%) of the registration amount minus a $50 processing fee will be refunded if the cancellation request is received between April 3 - May 18, 2026.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after May 19, 2026
  • Hotel cancellations must be done through the hotel. NASIG will not handle hotel cancellations.

All cancellation requests must be sent via email to the conference registrar (registrar@nasig.org). The final decision on conference refunds rests with the NASIG President and Treasurer.
