The Evaluation & Assessment Committee would like to have your feedback on the 2026 NASIG Autumn Virtual Conference. If you have feedback/suggestions, we'd love to hear from you via this Google Form.

The deadline for completion of this evaluation is October 30 at 11:59 p.m. EST. At the end of the survey you will have the option to enter your name into a drawing for a $50 gift card. Thank you in advance for your participation!
