Early Bird Registration Rates (available until May 11, 2018):

Full Conference Registration Rate for Members:  $385

Full Conference Registration Rate for Non-members:  $500

Full Conference Registration Rate for Students & Paraprofessionals:  $100

1-Day Conference Registration Rates:

  • 1 Day Conference Registration Rate for Members and Non-Members:  $250

  • 1 Day Conference Registration Rate for Students and Paraprofessionals:  $125

Preconference Only Registration Rates:

  • 1/2 Day Preconference Registration Rate for both Members and Non-Members:  $100

  • Full Day Preconference Registration Rate for both Members and Non-Members:  $200

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Preconference registration refunds:

There will be a $50 processing fee for cancellations received on or before May 11, 2018.  The full registration amount minus the processing fee will be returned.  There will be no refunds for preconferences after early-bird registration. 

General Conference registration refunds:

There will be a $50 processing fee for cancellations received on or before May 19, 2018.  The full registration amount minus the processing fee will be refunded if the cancellation requested is received on or before May 19, 2018.  Fifty percent of the registration amount will be refunded if the cancellation requested is received between May 20, 2018-May 27, 2018.  No refund will be issued for cancellations received after May 27, 2018.

NASIG is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as (but not limited to) weather conditions, transportation disruptions, prepaid parking, prepaid tours, etc.  No refunds will be given in these situations.  Late requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All cancellations must be sent via email to the conference registrar (registrar@nasig.org).  The final decision on conference refunds rests with the NASIG President and Treasurer.  Please provide payment by June 3, 2018.  Payment due notifications will be sent via email on or about June 6, 2018.
