The Sheraton Music City Hotel is located at 777 McGavock Pike, Nashville, TN 37214,  few miles from Nashville International Airport off I-40, and is accessible by air, car, and by bus.

 By Air:

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is served by Air Canada, American Airlines, Continental, Delta, Frontier, Southwest Airlines, United Express, and US Airways. Check the Internet or with your travel agent for the best deals. Book your flights early!!  Allow for extra time at the airport on Sunday and Monday when departing as music festival attendees will be departing too. Expect crowds! You may also wish to consider flying into Chattanooga or Memphis TN, Huntsville, AL, or Louisville, KY and renting a car if flights to Nashville are full.

Shuttle:

The airport shuttle departs the Sheraton Music City Hotel on the hour and the half-hour when requested. It arrives at the airport 15 min. prior to the hour and 15 min. after the hour upon request. Call the hotel from the baggage claim area phone bank (button #46) upon arrival. The shuttle arrives one level down from the baggage claim area (follow the signs for hotel shuttles). Shuttle service operates from 5:00am till 11 pm.

Other airport shuttles run downtown and do not stop at the Sheraton Music City. The hotel shuttle also runs to local area businesses within a two mile radius of of the hotel based on availability. (This includes Donelson area restaurants Ellendale's, Darfon's and several others as well as Walgreen's, Kmart, Kinko's and Kroger).

The hotel shuttle  (based on availability) is also available to be booked for the following destinations in Nashville:

To Green Hills: $8 one way/$12 roundtrip per person with minimum charge of $50 per shuttle run one way and $75 round trip.

To West End/Gulch/Hillsboro/Midtown: $6 one way/$10 roundtrip per person with minimum charge of $40 per shuttle run one way and $60 round trip.

To Downtown: $6 one way/$10 roundtrip per person with minimum charge of $40 per shuttle run one way and $60 round trip.

To Opryland/Opry Mills Mall: $5 one way/$10 roundtrip/person with minimum charge of $30 per shuttle run one way and $40 round trip.

By Car:

Nashville is accessible via major interstate highways I-40, I-65, and I-24. Free parking at the hotel is available for registered hotel guests. We encourage you to drive to the conference if at all possible.

Rental Car:

A number of rental car agencies have kiosks at the airport on the ground level.

Taxis:

Taxi companies and approximate rates are listed at the airport website. A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs about $12. A taxi from the hotel to downtown costs $20-25. Carry cash for taxis! Not all taxis take credit cards. Confirm approximate fares with the driver before getting into taxis.

However, to ensure that an accessible taxi will be available for your use, please call the service of your choice for schedules, reservations, fees or other information. Reservations will be essential to secure cabs during the festival.

By Bus:

Greyhound buses arrive in the downtown area. To reach the hotel, it would be necessary to take a taxi.
