Hotel Arrangements
The conference will be held at the Sheraton Music City, located a few miles from the airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the airport and free parking for guests. Hotel registration closes on May 5. Nashville "sells out" during the CMA Fest so don't delay in making your reservation. Basic prices for the NASIG room block are as follows: - Single, Double, or Triple Room: $129 USD/Night plus taxes
- Quad: $149 USD/Night plus taxes
These rates will be available to NASIG attendees for 3 days before and 3 days after the conference based on availability. (Note: we regret that hotel rooms are sold out on June 4th). Free Internet access will be available to conference attendees. The lobby and meeting rooms have wireless access. The airport shuttle departs the Sheraton Music City Hotel on the hour and the half-hour when requested. It arrives at the airport 15 min. prior to the hour and 15 min. after the hour upon request. Call the hotel from the baggage claim area phone bank (button #46) upon arrival. The shuttle arrives one level down from the baggage claim area (follow the signs for hotel shuttles).
