Important Note for Tuesday, June 4 arrivals-
There are a limited number of king rooms and no double rooms available for Tuesday night, June 4, at the Hyatt.
NASIG has arranged for overflow rooms at the nearby Comfort Suites (www.choicehotels.com/hotel/ny200 for information about the hotel not for booking)
The rate will be the same $129 per night plus tax as at the Hyatt for Tuesday and Wednesday.
1. Attendees should call 1-716-854-5500 and say they are with the NASIG conference to get this room rate.
2. There will be NO transportation provided between the Comfort Suites and the Hyatt. It is a distance of approximately 2 blocks.
All rooms at the Comfort Suites are suites with a king bed and pullout sofa to accommodate the second bed.
NASIG has made a financial commitment to meeting a guaranteed room block at the Hyatt, so CPC and the Executive Board ask attendees to make would room arrangements at the Hyatt whenever possible. Starting with Wednesday, the Hyatt has plenty of rooms available and you should consider splitting your stay if you are arriving early. There is also a possibility that additional rooms will open up at the Hyatt as the conference date grows closer, so feel free to check back periodically for room availability at the Hyatt.
