Registration Guidelines

Conference Prices
Member rate: $ 375
Non-member rate: $500
Daily rate (1 day only allowed): $150

The following meals are included with your paid registration: Receptions (Thursday and Saturday), Breakfast (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and Lunch (Friday and Saturday).

Half-day pre-conference
Member ½ day: $75
Non-Member ½ day: $100
Full day pre-conference (Wednesday, June 4, 8 am - 5 pm )
Member full day: $200
Non-Member full day: $250

Special Program
NISO Preconference (all day; capped at 75 registrants; includes boxed lunch)
NASIG/NISO Members $200
Non-members $250

Event & Tour prices
Thursday,June 5
Opening reception at Tapatio Cliffs (included with registration). Guests are an additional $55.
Friday, June 6
Optional - Bus transportation to dine-around and shopping in Scottsdale. $5 Guests are an additional $5.
Saturday, June 7
Reception at Phoenix Art Museum (included with registration). Guests are an additional $60.

Institutional Credit Card Payments Guidelines
If using an institutional credit card and if your institution does not allow for optional tours or you are adding guest for the events, you will need to register twice. Once for what will be on the institutional credit card and a 2nd time for the charges to be paid separately.

Payments
Conference registration payment may be made via credit card (Visa and MasterCard only) through the online registration, or by check sent with a copy of the e-mail invoice. Make checks payable to NASIG and send to:

All payments must be in U.S. dollars only; credit card transactions must include the expiration date, the three digit security code on the back of the credit card, and the name as it appears on the card. The address requested is the address the credit card bills are mailed to. NASIG accepts Visa and MasterCard only.

Registration Confirmation
Upon completion of the Online Registration, a confirmation will appear. Please print this confirmation and keep it for future reference as it includes a unique Record Number. Please provide this number to the registrar in your communications, should you have any changes, questions, or problems regarding your registration. This will help the registrar access your registration record more quickly. Credit card payments will be confirmed by e-mail.

Receipts
Your e-mail confirmation from your online registration and and/or credit card will be your receipt.

NASIG Conference Refund Policy
There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before 30 days before the first day of the annual conference ( May 7, 2008 ). The full amount paid, minus a $50 processing fee, will be refunded.

A cancellation fee of 50% of registration costs plus a $50 fee will be applied for cancellations received between 29-10 days before the annual conference ( May 8 - 27). No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 10 days before the first day of the annual conference. Late requests for refunds due to a family emergency only will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All cancellations must be sent in writing via fax, email or regular mail to the conference registrar. Please fax or email cancellations, if possible, and expect confirmation within two days. If necessary to cancel by USPS, please allow sufficient time for a response.

NASIG is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, prepaid parking, prepaid tours, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations.

The final decision on refunds rests with the NASIG President and Treasurer.
