AIRPORT SHUTTLE FOR NASIG

1. SkyCapp
SkyCapp is a newly-added option for ground transportation. They have 5 total cars (2 SUV, 1 15 person passenger van, 2 sedans), are bonded, licensed and family owned, and have worked with most conferences coming in to the Palm Springs area.

Palm Springs Airport
1 passenger (solo) $24 per passenger
2-3 passengers $30 total (per reservation; passenger total must be identified at booking)
6-7 passenger $40 total (per reservation; passenger total must be identified at booking)

Ontario service: 1-3 passenger $125 total
Los Angeles: 1-3 passengers $200 total

2. SuperShuttle

We have arranged a 15% discount off of each way for NASIG attendees from all the local airports, which include Ontario (ONT), Los Angeles International (LAX), Orange County (SNA), Long Beach (LGB) and Burbank (BUR).  SuperShuttle has set up a link for NASIG attendees and it automatically puts in the group discount code.  Attendees may also call 1-800-BlueVan to make reservations as well.

NASIG assumes no responsibility for any costs or problems arising from these arrangements.  When a group of passengers are going together in one shuttle van they must ALL be present and ready to board when giving your confirmation number to the curb coordinator.  When Van comes to the curb to pick up passengers the driver cannot wait at the curb for anyone.  If there is a situation where a passenger is accidentally left behind, you will have to pay again for the ride.

TAXI

Classic Yellow Cab has offered to give a 5% discount to NASIG members with
identification that you are going to the NASIG conference on June 2 or
June 3, so wear that NASIG T-Shirt or bring a copy of your conference
registration.  Yellow Cabs can be picked up at the Palm Springs airport.

Local Palm Springs Bus Information

Below is information about how to get around by bus once you are in Palm Springs.  See also the Explore Palm Springs page.

Sunline Transit Agency Website

See below for the 50 and 111 routes.

111 East takes you to El Paseo. This is our version of Rodeo Drive. You
catch it on Hwy 111 about a block and a half from the hotel.

111 West takes you downtown Palm Springs for a variety of shops,
restaurants, cafes, etc. You catch it in front of the River on Hwy 111.

50 East takes you to the Westfield Shopping Mall. You must catch it on the opposite side of the street from the hotel.

BY AIR

Depending on the airline, the route, and total travel time, you may find it easier to fly into either Palm Springs (PSP) or Los Angeles/Ontario (ONT).  Links to additional ground transportation options are also provided.

This is the closest airport and is served by many airlines:

Ground Transportation from Palm Springs Airport to Rancho Las Palmas

A variety of cab and shuttle companies are available on the airport website. The average rate is $24 per person, and may be less for multiple passengers.

Los Angeles/Ontario International Airport (ONT)

Please note that flying into this airport will require more ground travel than flying into Palm Springs. Car rentals from Los Angeles/Ontario include Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Thrifty.
