Hotel ArrangementsIMPORTANT HOTEL NOTE: The Rancho Las Palmas is fully booked for Saturday night. Rooms are available at the Hilton Garden Inn, across the street and within walking distance. Guests at the Hilton Garden Inn would have access to the Rancho Las Palmas facilities for the meeting spaces and NASIG Events, but no other resort facilities. The Hilton has a 48-hour cancellation policy to avoid penalty. Hilton Garden Inn web site Rancho Las Palmas Resort HOTEL RESERVATIONS The resort has set up a website for online reservations. In accordance with Rancho Las Palmas policy, one night's depost is required. The first night's room rate and tax will be taken at the time your reservation is made. If you have any questions, please call 1-866-423-1195. NOTE: Your hotel reservation confirmation may show a $25 resort fee. Please note that this fee is included in the negotiated room rate for NASIG attendees and should not show up on as a separate charge on your final bill. The resort's reservation system automatically includes mention of the resort fee. HOTEL RATES Room rates are $128 plus tax, this includes wireless internet access in the sleeping rooms, complimentary parking, access to the Lazy River, in-room coffee and tea, access to the fitness center and newspaper delivery.
